CHAIRMAN

Richard has over 20 years of M&A and investing expertise as the Founder & Chairman of The.RMP Group He has overseen the growth of RMPG and its portfolio companies, which at their peak generated combined annual revenues of +US$2 billion and employed over 15,000 people globally. He also serves as the Executive Chairman of APC Holdings, LLC. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Sr. Manager Director of Project Black at Ariel Alternatives, a $1.5 billion private equity fund investing in middle-market suppliers to Fortune 500 firms. He is or has been involved in numerous non-profit boards and organizations, such as ACG Orlando and The Billion Dollar Roundtable (BDR) and Nexus Global.

Richard has been featured in media outlets including CNBC, Wall Street Journal, M&A Advisor, the Orlando Business Journal and others, and has been recognized for his leadership and innovation in mergers and acquisitions. He was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and is a member of YPO. He holds a AB in Economics from Harvard University, where he was on the varsity Soccer & Track teams, and has completed coursework at MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

VICE PRESIDENT

Rachel specializes in financial planning, mid-market M&A advisory services, capital markets, acquisition financing, and equities research. With a diverse background at Deloitte, BPI Capital, and UBS AG, she has worked internationally across various industries and financial products. Rachel has been involved in transactions ranging from $5 million to $500 million in Canada, the United States, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and globally. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSc) from De La Salle University, Manila, and a Master of Science in Finance (MSc) from Skema Business School, Paris.

VICE PRESIDENT

Alice is a designated CPA with over 10 years of experience working in various accounting and finance functions. She has extensive public practice audit experience working at KPMG, and she is also experienced in corporate finance and due diligence services with the largest national accounting firm in Canada, MNP.

Alice acted as a Director for a boutique investment bank in US and LATAM, and worked on deals up to $500M in value. She served as a technical accounting consultant for various public and private companies and acted as CFO for a multi-million logistics company in California.

Cheryl is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of over 17 years in cultivating strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across diverse industries including Financial Services, Telecom, Technology, Real Estate, and more. Her expertise lies in navigating complex situations to simplify and deliver tangible results, and she is particularly skilled at establishing cost-effective sales and marketing platforms that have become integral channels for organizational success.
